As a former public school teacher in the Special Education Department, I have witnessed and experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of our current educational system and many things could be changed to make it a little bit better. In today’s rapidly changing world, education needs to prepare students not just for academic success, but for a fulfilling life and career.
One critical change I believe would be to put more focus on personalized learning. Every student has unique needs and learning styles, and the educational system should adapt to meet those needs. When students receive instruction tailored to their learning style, they can thrive and achieve more than anyone thought possible...
